Young Unionists Network

Fight for your rights

The Young Unionists Network recognises that younge people are over-represented in casual and precarious employment. The YUN was formed to address the key concern that young workers are often misinformed or do not have access to reliable information about their rights at work and the role of unions in society. The YUN believes that young people have the right to work in an environment that is safe, healthy and free from bullying, harassment and discrimination. Young people have the right to be paid decent money for the work they perform and to have their contribution valued.
The YUN aims to inform and provide access to reliable information about young people’s rights at work and the role of unions in society.
